LeadFrog holds an ISO 27001 (IAF) No. GKIRQ-0052-IC information security management system certificate
The user receives a login and a password for registration in a personal account from LeadFrog, downloads a mobile application and gets acquainted with the Privacy Policy.
FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
How many employees can I add?
The number of employees is not limited. Check the number of pre-installed licenses under your plan and the cost of connecting additional licenses with the sales department.
Do I need to buy additional equipment?
You don’t. LeadFrog works on all smartphones running iOS 14 and higher or Android 8 and higher.
Can I change the data that is in the badge, data about my company (about my products, my employees, etc.)?
Yes, you can change your personal details in your profile in the app. Other data about the company can be changed in the personal account of the service.
What benefit do I get when using the app?
Using the LeadFrog application, you collect all information about participation in the exhibition. Including visitors who scanned your products but didn't meet you. All data is automatically collected in your personal account and you can upload it at any time. You save time and money.
How to log into the application?
To log in to the application, you need to scan the barcode on your badge and enter your phone number. After receiving the SMS code on the phone, you must enter the received code.
Can I create a questionnaire myself or change the questions in it?
Yes, you can. The LeadFrog service allows you to create an exhibition questionnaire that can be filled in the mobile application for each scanned badge. You can create a questionnaire in your account in the "Questionnaire" section. This feature is only available for Pro users.
What is “Teamwork”?
"Teamwork" is available in Business and Pro versions. From the personal account of the web version of the service, you can upload the collected data of all stand attendants in a single file.
Can I see data for one specific type of cards (production, collected contacts, companies) in the list of stories?
Yes, you can choose any of the available views and work with it.
There are 4 types - by Companies, by Products, by Persons, by Questionnaires. Each of them serves to facilitate the work with data.
What is My Notes?
My notes are the information I leave about the people I have scanned in the form of text comments.
Thus, My Notes are information about a meeting with a client, added during or after the meeting. All notes can be viewed in the mobile application and in the personal account in the web interface. They can be downloaded or sent to someone.
Can I survey visitors of the exhibition?
Yes, you can. You need to scan the visitor, go to the "Questionnaire" tab and fill it out. The feature is available in the Pro plan.
How can I access the Business and Pro editions?
Business and Pro editions can be accessed through the organizer of the exhibition.
What languages are available in the app?
Russian, English, German are available.
How to fill in the "Production" section in order to receive QR codes?
Exhibitors can enter information about their products in their personal account in the web interface in the "Production" section. They also receive QR codes there.
How can I download the data I have collected?
You can upload data through the mobile application to your email address. To do this, in the profile, click on the big green button "Send the collected data to the mail."
In the Pro tariff, you can upload all data from the personal account of the service in Excel format.
